Acceptance: By downloading, installing, or using Sweet GF: Virtual Love Story (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Sweet GF provides an AI-driven roleplay chat experience. The content generated by the AI is purely fictional and for entertainment purposes. All AI-generated stories and characters are fictional and not based on real individuals. The AI may produce unpredictable or inconsistent content, and we do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose. We disclaim any liability for the content or outcomes of your interactions; use the App at your own risk.
You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. Prohibited uses include:
Illegal Activity: Engaging in illegal activities or encouraging unlawful behavior .
Harmful Content: Harassing, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory actions toward any person.
Intellectual Property Violations: Posting content that infringes any third party’s rights (copyrights, trademarks, privacy, etc.).
Malicious Software: Uploading viruses, malware, or other harmful code. Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination of access.
If you encounter any inappropriate or policy-violating content in the App, please report it promptly (via in-app tools or email). We will review reported content and may remove it if it violates the Terms. Reported violations are handled by our moderation team; as noted in industry practice, reports “are reviewed by trained individuals” (Acceptable use policy | Legal | Slack). We aim to respond to reports within a reasonable time frame and take appropriate action.
You retain ownership of any original content you upload or create in the App (e.g. chat messages, prompts). However, by submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and display that content to operate and improve the App (User Agreement). We do not claim ownership of your original text or media, but we may use it for research and development. Please do not include any sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or intimate details) in content you submit.
The App may offer in-app purchases (e.g. virtual currency or premium features). All purchases are processed through the platform (App Store/Play Store) under their terms. All sales are final: virtual goods cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds are generally not provided, except as required by law or for technical errors). If a purchase fails due to a technical issue, please contact us within 30 days for assistance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable law (Privacy Policy - Flicky App). Grounds for suspension include sharing illegal or abusive content, infringing on others’ rights, or repeated policy violations. In case of termination, you may lose access to your account data and any virtual items. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is flagged by others.
We may update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be notified in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes means you accept the new Terms.
